Chef Brian Whittington from Zhanras has bee tapped to do a live cooking demonstration at the Home & Patio Show in Jacksonville.
Chef Whittington will show the 60 spectators professional cooking techniques he uses at he restaurant and will produce 2 to 3 items from Zhanras expansive menu.
He has also been invited to perform another demostration at the Southern Womens Show at the Prime Osborn Center in Late October. (Chef Whittington is the ony chef from the St. Augustine area to be invited).

Chef Whittington will perform a live cooking demonstration at Zhanras. The even will highlight professional cooking techniques and feature a wine pairing with each dish. The time is 12-2 pm, class is limited to 25 persons. Call 823-3367 or email zhanras@bellsouth.net
