Chef Heather, of Parsons, Tn, found cooking was her passion at the early age of 4, helping her grandmother in the kitchen baking.

That passion continued & led her to Culinary School in Louisville Kentucky, where she graduated with honors in 2004. Flavor, creativity, presentation, and aroma are trademarks of her cooking.

Hours Nightly 4:30pm - 10pm  Brunch on Sunday 10am-2pm  Sidney's  Bar 6 p.m - 1 a.m.
